Best chiropractic marketing agencies in 2026.

There is no single best chiropractic marketing agency, and any list that names one was usually written by the agency that won. What exists is fit. Nine companies are compared below on criteria we set before we wrote a word, and each one is named for the thing it is genuinely best at.

We are one of the nine. We did not put ourselves first, and our entry names the practices that should hire someone else.

Published 28 August 2026 Updated 19 September 2026 Nine companies compared Written by LitBiz Media

Read this first

We are on this list. Here is how we handled that.

LitBiz Media is a chiropractic marketing agency. We wrote this comparison, and we are in it. That is a conflict of interest, and pretending otherwise would make everything else on this page worthless.

So here are the rules we held ourselves to, and you can check every one of them:

  1. 01

    We are not ranked first

The entries below are organised by what each company is best at, not from best to worst. Nobody is number one, including us. A ranked list written by a ranked participant is an advertisement wearing a lab coat.

  2. 02

The criteria were fixed before the entries were written

Six criteria, listed in the next section. They are not tuned to make us win. Two of them, track record and paid media capability, are ones we lose on.

  3. 03

Our own entry says where we lose

Every company here is better than us at something, and we say what. Our entry names two kinds of practice that should hire a competitor on this page instead.

  4. 04

Nobody paid to be here, and no links earn us anything

No sponsorship, no affiliate arrangements, no paid placement. Every outbound link is marked so it passes no search credit in either direction. We contacted none of these companies before publishing.

The test you should apply to every list like this

Three questions. Does the author disclose being on the list? Were the criteria stated before the entries? Does the author name anything it is bad at? Most "best chiropractic marketing agency" pages fail all three, and several of them rank their own author at number one. Apply the test here too.

Stated up front

The six criteria.

Set before the entries were written. These are the things that actually change the outcome of an engagement, rather than the things that are easy to score.

  • 01

    Pricing transparency

Can you find out what it costs without booking a sales call? Three of the nine publish real numbers. This is the cleanest signal of how a company treats a buyer before it has your money.

  • 02

    Chiropractic depth

Chiropractic-only, chiropractic-focused, or healthcare generalist. Specialists start with the patient journey and the compliance limits already understood. Generalists usually bring more resources.

  • 03

What they are actually best at

Almost every agency claims full service. Almost every agency has one channel it is genuinely strong in and others it subcontracts or under-resources. The honest question is which one.

  • 04

    Contract terms

Month-to-month, a defined initial term, or a year you cannot exit. A term is not automatically bad, because some of this work does not pay off in eight weeks. A year with no remedy for underperformance is.

  • 05

    Market exclusivity

Will they take the chiropractor down the road while working for you? Most say nothing, which in practice means yes. Where a company publishes a promise, the definition matters more than the promise.

  • 06

    What the reporting shows

Clicks and rankings, or booked visits and revenue. This is the criterion that decides whether you can ever tell if the money worked, and it is the one buyers ask about last.

Side by side

Nine companies, six criteria.

Alphabetical, so the order carries no judgement. Everything here comes from each company's own public pages, rechecked 19 September 2026.

"Not published" means we could not find the information on the company's public website without booking a call. It does not mean the company refuses to tell you. Claims about size, retention and track record are each company's own and are attributed as such below, not repeated as fact.

Best at, not best overall

What each one is genuinely good for.

Every company here wins a category. That is not diplomacy. It is what happens when you compare specialists honestly instead of forcing them into one ranking.

  1. 01

ChiroCandy: best for answering leads fast

Founder-led since 2015 and built inside chiropractic, now serving healthcare practices too. Nine services sold as one system rather than a menu: an AI patient coordinator that answers chat and voice and books around the clock, Meta and Google ads, Google Maps, retargeting, streaming TV, websites, and SEO for AI answers. Their own figures are 2,000+ practices served and $450M+ in client revenue, which we cannot verify. The AI coordinator is the part you can demo on their site before you talk to anyone, and on speed to lead they are the strongest company here. Prices are not published.

  2. 02

ChiroX Marketing: best for aggressive paid acquisition

Google Ads, dedicated landing pages, call tracking and weekly optimisation, at $3,500 and $5,500 a month with setup fees of $2,000 and $3,500. They publish it all, including a three-mile geographic exclusivity, which is rare and to their credit. Expensive, and honest about being expensive. Worth it if you are buying patients at volume and know your numbers.

  3. 03

Pilot Practice: best for local SEO with a platform behind it

Local search depth and city-level pages, plus KloudMD, their own HIPAA-compliant CRM for lead management, two-way patient messaging and call-recording coaching. This is the closest company on the list to our own model, and on local SEO specifically they are strong. Prices are not published.

  4. 04

ChiroBasix: best for one chiropractic-only team doing everything

Websites, local SEO, Google, Facebook and TikTok ads, reputation, email and SMS, plus their own CRM, all in house and all chiropractic. They describe themselves as the only full-service agency dedicated entirely to chiropractic and claim 97% client retention; that figure is theirs, not ours, and we have no way to verify it. If you want a single chiropractic-native vendor for every channel, this is the pitch.

  5. 05

ChiroHosting: best for a small budget, honestly served

Published plans at $64.95, $149 and $299 a month, month to month, no contract. This is software with light service attached rather than an agency, and it does not pretend otherwise. For a new practice that needs a competent website, listings and reviews before it can justify a service retainer, this is the sensible answer and nobody should be upsold past it.

  6. 06

Perfect Patients: best for depth in chiropractic alone

Chiropractic and nothing else, which on this list only ChiroBasix, ChiroX and Well Rounded also manage. They say they have served more than 5,000 chiropractors over 20-plus years and now pair their own AI tooling with human consultants; those are their figures. Websites, SEO, email, social and review automation are sold as one system. If you want a vendor that has seen your situation several thousand times already, this is the strongest claim to it. Prices require a discovery call.

  7. 07

iMatrix / ChiroMatrix: best for a website you do not have to think about

Twenty-plus years old and serving chiropractic, optometry and veterinary practices, with ChiroMatrix as the chiropractic brand. Websites, local SEO, listings, reputation, patient relationship management and AI search work, sold as a managed package for practices that want to stop worrying about the site. They are a Google Premier Partner, which is verifiable. Spreading across three professions is the trade against the chiropractic-only shops here. The published "from $99" is a floor, not a plan price, so you will still need a call to learn your number.

  8. 08

Well Rounded Marketing: best for founder-to-founder fit

Co-founded by a practising chiropractor, positioned as built by chiropractors for chiropractors, with a boutique team. If what you want is a vendor who has run a practice and does not need the patient journey explained, that insider fit is a real thing and hard to buy elsewhere. Prices are not published.

  9. 09

Cardinal Digital Marketing: best for multi-location groups

A healthcare agency with a dedicated chiropractic practice area rather than a chiropractic specialist. Their chiropractic service list is paid search, SEO, Facebook ads, conversion rate optimisation, analytics and web design, and the page speaks to chiropractic groups rather than single offices. They say they work with some of the largest chiropractic practices in the country, which we cannot verify, and the case study featured on that page is an orthopaedic group rather than a chiropractic one. If you run several locations and your constraint is analytical firepower rather than niche familiarity, this is the hire. Prices are not published.

Entry ten

LitBiz Media: best for practices that want the results checkable.

Our plans are $995, $1,995 and $3,495 a month, published, with a 90-day initial term and month-to-month after that. Clients run on MySpark+, our own HIPAA-compliant practice platform, included in every plan, so the monthly report shows new patients, booked visits and revenue by channel out of a system you log into rather than a slide deck we assembled.

One chiropractic practice per market, with the market written into the agreement before you sign. If scoped work is late, that month is credited.

Where we lose on this list

Track record. Perfect Patients and iMatrix have been serving chiropractors since before we existed. If a long history with thousands of practices is what makes you comfortable, we do not have it and cannot pretend to.

Paid media depth. ChiroX and Cardinal are built for advertising in a way we are not. If you want aggressive paid acquisition as the main engine, hire one of them. We treat ads as an add-on, and they treat ads as the product.

Lead response. ChiroCandy's AI coordinator answers chat and voice and books around the clock. We recover missed calls by text and do not offer voice at all. If you want every inquiry answered by voice at 2am, they do something we do not.

Price. If your budget is under $500 a month, ChiroHosting will serve you honestly and we would be a bad purchase. Come back when there is room for a service.

Where we think we win

Two things, and both are checkable rather than claimed. Our prices are on the site, so you can compare us without a sales call. And because the practice runs on our platform, the reporting is your own booking and revenue data, which means you can audit every number we show you. Most of this list reports what it did. We report what happened.

What we do for chiropractic practices

Do this instead of reading more lists

Three steps to a shortlist of two.

The mistake is starting from agencies. Start from the problem, and most of this list eliminates itself in ten minutes.

  1. 01

Name the actual problem in one sentence

Not "we need marketing." Either nobody knows you exist, or people find you and do not book, or they book once and never return. Those are three different problems with three different vendors. Reach is a paid social or paid search problem. Booking is a front desk and website problem. Retention is a reactivation and reminders problem.

  2. 02

Match the specialism, then check the budget fits

Take the two companies above whose strongest channel matches your sentence. If your budget is under $500 a month, the answer is a website plan and not an agency. If it is over $3,500 and you want ads, the answer is a paid specialist. In between, you are buying a full-service program and the differences are in terms and reporting.

  3. 03

Ask both the same eight questions

Same questions, same order, written answers where you can get them. It turns two sales pitches into a comparison. The questions are in our cost guide, along with what six of these companies publish for pricing.

Straight answers

Questions about picking an agency.

Who is the best chiropractic marketing agency?

There is no single best chiropractic marketing agency, and any list that names one is usually written by the agency that wins. Fit is what matters. ChiroCandy is strongest on AI-driven lead response, ChiroX is built for aggressive paid acquisition, Pilot Practice is strong on local SEO and runs its own HIPAA-compliant CRM, ChiroBasix is chiropractic-only and full service, ChiroHosting is the cheapest published starting point, and Cardinal works with multi-location groups. Pick the one whose specialism matches the problem you actually have.

Can you trust a best-agencies list written by an agency?

Not by default. Most of these lists are published by an agency that then ranks itself first. We wrote this one and we are on it, so check three things on any list you read: whether the author discloses being included, whether the criteria were stated before the list, and whether the author names anything it is bad at. If a list fails all three, it is advertising.

Should I hire a chiropractic-only agency or a healthcare generalist?

A chiropractic-only agency starts with the vocabulary, the patient journey and the compliance limits already understood, which saves you months of explaining. A healthcare generalist usually brings more resources and more sophisticated paid media. If you are a single location under about $3,500 a month, specialism is worth more. At multi-location scale, capability starts to matter more than niche familiarity.

What should I ask a chiropractic marketing agency before signing?

Ask for the all-in monthly number including ad spend, what the monthly report will actually show, who owns the website and ad accounts when you leave, how long the term is, whether they will take a competing chiropractor in your area, and what happens if the work is late. The last one is the most revealing, because most agreements are silent on it. The full list of eight is in our cost guide.

Do chiropractic marketing agencies offer market exclusivity?

Some do and most say nothing either way, which usually means no. ChiroX publishes a three-mile geographic exclusivity. LitBiz takes one chiropractic practice per market, defined in writing before you sign. If exclusivity matters to you, ask for the definition in writing, because the promise is worthless without the boundary attached.

Why is LitBiz on its own list of best chiropractic marketing agencies?

Leaving ourselves off would be its own kind of dishonesty, since you would have no way to compare us against the alternatives. So we are on it, we did not rank ourselves first, we set the criteria before we wrote the entries, and our entry names the cases where you should hire someone else instead.

Method: each company's own website was read for focus, services, published pricing, contract terms and exclusivity. Claims about size, retention and history are reported as the company's own claims and attributed in the text, because we have no way to verify them. Every entry on this page now comes from the company's own pages. A company we cannot verify that way does not go in the table, because a shorter list is worth more than a padded one.

Corrections

If you work at one of these companies and something here is wrong, out of date, or unfair, write to hello@litbiz.io and we will correct it and note the change. That includes telling us we have understated you. Publishing a comparison without inviting correction is just advertising with footnotes.

Corrected 19 September 2026. The first version of this page described four companies from another agency's comparison rather than their own websites, and got all four wrong. ChiroCandy was called chiropractic-exclusive and a paid social specialist; it serves healthcare more broadly and its strongest asset is AI lead response, which competes directly with something we sell. Cardinal was described as a generalist with no chiropractic practice area; it has a dedicated one. Perfect Patients was listed as chiropractic-focused when it is chiropractic only, and our "longest track record" label did not survive contact with iMatrix, which also claims twenty-plus years. iMatrix was described by a content library its own site does not lead with, and as chiropractic-focused when it serves optometry and veterinary practices too. All four were rewritten from their own pages, and a weakness of ours was added as a result.
