For massage & bodywork practices

Massage marketing measured in rebookings.

LitBiz Media is the marketing partner for massage and bodywork practices, reporting results in your own numbers: new clients, rebookings, and revenue by channel. Plans are published, from $995 a month, month-to-month after 90 days.

Sound familiar?

Three ways massage practices go cold.

A massage business lives or dies on the second visit. Most marketing spends everything on the first one and leaves the rest to chance.

  • 01The one-visit client. They loved the session, meant to come back, and never did. Without a rebooking system, every month starts from zero.
  • 02Discount-platform dependence. Deal sites fill your table at prices that don't pay, and train clients to wait for the next deal instead of booking you directly.
  • 03Quiet weekdays. Weekends book themselves. Tuesday at 2pm doesn't, and empty table time is revenue that never comes back.

The system

One system, four jobs, measured monthly.

Each piece feeds the next, and every piece shows up in your monthly report.

  1. 01

Get found for what you offer

Local SEO and AI search visibility for massage near me and the modalities you're known for: deep tissue, prenatal, sports recovery. Direct bookings instead of deal-site traffic.

  2. 02

    Answer every inquiry

Missed-call text back, booking links, and reminders. The client who texts three studios books the one that answers first.

  3. 03

    Turn visits into standing appointments

Rebooking nudges before they leave the habit, memberships and packages that smooth your weekdays, and a steady review ask.

  4. 04

    See what every channel earned

One monthly report: inquiries, bookings, and revenue by channel, from a system you log into.

No slide decks

Your numbers, not our homework.

Most agencies grade their own work: a monthly deck of clicks, impressions, and rankings. None of it answers the only question that matters, which is whether the client came back. Your practice runs on MySpark+, our practice platform, so bookings, rebookings, and client messages sit in a system you log into every day.

The report is your own data. New clients, repeat visits, membership growth, and revenue by channel. Nothing we claim is anything you can't check yourself.

Included with every plan

Software that remembers who's due.

Every plan includes a MySpark+ Practice license at no extra charge. It was built inside a working clinic, so it handles the things that keep a table full: booking with deposits, memberships and packages, and rebooking prompts that fire while the client still remembers how the session felt.

Staff seats are included, so adding a therapist doesn't change your bill. Use all of it, some of it, or none of it. Your price stays the same either way.

Straight answers

What massage therapists ask us.

How much does massage marketing cost?

Our plans are published: $995, $1,995, and $3,495 per month plus a one-time onboarding fee. Most agencies don't publish prices at all, so get their quotes and compare them against what's included here, including the practice platform.

Will you work with another massage practice in my area?

We take one practice per specialty in each market, defined in writing before you sign, usually your city. While you're a client, we won't take a competitor in it.

Can you get us off the discount platforms?

That's usually the goal. Deal sites have their place for filling a brand-new book, but they compete with your own booking page at worse margins. We build the direct channel: visibility, easy booking, memberships, and rebooking, so the discounts become optional.

Can you get us recommended by ChatGPT and AI search?

Nobody can promise AI placement, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we do is the work AI assistants reward: clear, structured, accurate pages, consistent listings, and a steady review base. Then we track how you show up and report it.

How do you fill weekday afternoons?

Not with a discount, because that just moves your weekend clients to Tuesday at a lower price. The work is memberships and packages that give people a reason to book a standing time, reactivation campaigns aimed at clients who have lapsed, and rebooking prompts that go out before someone leaves. Empty table time is the cheapest inventory you have to fill, so it's usually where the first month of gains shows up.

I'm a solo therapist. Is a plan overkill?

Often, yes, and we'll say so. Foundation at $995 a month makes sense when you have a room to fill and a front desk that misses calls while you're in session. If you're solo, fully booked, and mostly need rebooking to run itself, a MySpark+ subscription on its own at $29 or $99 a month is the honest answer, and we'd rather point you there than sell you a plan you don't need.

Working through this yourself first? Our guide to getting more massage clients sets out the same order of operations, including how to fill a weekday afternoon without discounting it.
Comparing your options? We put software and agency prices in one table, and named the point where a plan stops being worth it.
