You carry a service contract on your table, your laser, your imaging. You know what it costs when clinical equipment fails quietly instead of loudly. Your website is the same kind of asset, working every hour your practice is closed, and it fails the same way.
An expired certificate. A booking form that stopped sending. Hours that went stale after someone left. A healthcare site also carries compliance and accessibility expectations that don't maintain themselves. None of it announces itself. It just costs you patients quietly.

Honest answers about care plans
Usually yes. We review it first, at no charge, and tell you plainly what shape it's in. If it needs fixes before a care plan makes sense, we quote those separately instead of quietly absorbing them and hoping. If the site is past saving, we'll say that too.
Because hosting on its own is a commodity you can buy for a few dollars, and it's how sites rot. Even at $25 you get backups, monitoring, updates, and SSL, which is the care that runs on its own. What $149 adds is the part that needs a person looking at your site on purpose.
Any time, and your site, files, and domain go with you. Care plans are month-to-month with no starting term. We'd rather you stay because the site keeps working than because leaving is a hassle.
